Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell Gree electronic products through in-store demonstrations and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Provide detailed product information and technical specifications to potential buyers
- Collaborate with retail staff to create compelling product displays and promotional setups
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify sales opportunities
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock replenishment for assigned products
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as SPG/SPB in electronics retail or consumer goods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse customers
- Strong product knowledge in electronics with willingness to learn technical specifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in fast-paced retail environments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy for sales reporting and inventory tracking
- Professional appearance with friendly, approachable demeanor
