Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert product knowledge on cigars and TIS (Tobacco Industry Standard) items to customers
- Drive sales through effective product demonstrations and promotional campaigns
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays in accordance with brand standards
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets
- Ensure compliance with tobacco retail regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in tobacco product sales or retail promotions preferred
- Deep familiarity with cigars, tobacco products, and TIS specifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, professional appearance suitable for customer-facing role
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
- Basic computer literacy for inventory reporting
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
