Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote Serenity Tile products to customers, providing detailed information about features, benefits, and applications
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays in the Modern Outlet to maximize visual appeal
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive referrals
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or restocking needs to management
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or retail is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively demonstrate product features
- Basic computer literacy for sales reporting and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English language skills
