Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Indodana products and services to potential customers in retail outlets and partner stores.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of the paylater application.
- Assist customers in downloading the Indodana application and completing the registration process.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Represent the Indodana brand professionally and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the team.
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Energetic, outgoing, and possess a genuine interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Basic understanding of financial products or prior retail sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings if required.
- Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure to achieve results.
- Valid Indonesian ID Card (KTP).
