Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell CAT machinery/equipment products in retail outlets and modern trade channels
- Deliver professional product demonstrations and technical information to customers
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify sales opportunities
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Report customer feedback and sales data to management team
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or machinery promotion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of heavy equipment or machinery industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license (for product transport if required)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English skills beneficial
