Indodana is transforming the way Indonesians shop by offering seamless Paylater solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Promoter (SPG/SPB) to join our team in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will act as the face of Indodana, engaging with consumers in retail environments to introduce our innovative financial products. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales activities and promote Indodana's Paylater services to potential customers in retail locations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the benefits of our financial products to the public.
- Monitor daily sales targets and strive to exceed performance goals consistently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat usage.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and improve promotional strategies.
- Represent the Indodana brand professionally and adhere to all company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales promotion, retail, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict sales targets under pressure.
- Basic understanding of financial products or digital payments is a strong plus.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule and adhere to company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
