As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of Indodana, helping customers discover and understand our innovative Paylater products. Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell Indodana Paylater products to potential customers in retail outlets.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Drive sales volume and meet daily/weekly individual targets.
- Build and maintain a positive brand image and professional relationship with customers.
- Assist in onboarding new users and guiding them through the registration process.
- Collect necessary customer data accurately and maintain sales records.
- Collaborate with the store management team to maximize sales opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dynamic personality with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
