Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Indodana's paylater products to retail customers
- Deliver product demonstrations and explain payment benefits to potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the sales team
- Maintain product displays and promotional materials in assigned retail outlets
- Collaborate with store management to optimize promotional activities
- Track sales performance and report key metrics to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievement
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in smartphone and digital payment tools
