As a Sales Promoter, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by introducing our instant credit and paylater solutions to everyday consumers in retail outlets. You will guide customers through the registration process, ensuring they understand the benefits of our seamless digital financial services. Tanggung Jawab
- Represent the Indodana brand at retail locations in Pontianak.
- Engage with potential customers to introduce and explain Indodana's paylater and credit products.
- Assist customers in downloading the Indodana mobile application and completing the registration process.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms of service clearly and professionally.
- Meet daily sales targets and conversion goals set by the branch manager.
- Collect customer data and feedback to support business growth.
- Maintain a high standard of brand appearance and customer service.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy level and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use smartphones.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- No prior sales experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
