Tanggung Jawab
- Engage and assist customers in the electronics department to provide expert product demonstrations.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly individual sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain an inviting and organized store appearance, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Provide detailed insights on product specifications, benefits, and price points to influence buying decisions.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and handle inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, high-performing store environment.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or high-ticket retail environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively (multilingual proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong customer-service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail setting.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to helping customers.
- Must be comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by the mall operations.
