- Represent the company brand and promote products to potential customers in-store.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Execute in-store promotional activities, product demonstrations, and sampling events.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing.
- Collaborate with store management and team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Collect and report customer feedback to the marketing team.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or Bachelor's degree holder.
- Previous experience in retail sales, promotions, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly motivated, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
- Willingness to work in Alabang, Metro Manila.
