Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers on a one-to-one basis to demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting products and achieving daily/monthly targets.
- Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product availability and pricing.
- Collect customer feedback and report product issues to the management team promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Must be customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cebu City.
