As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brands, responsible for greeting customers, providing product information, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. We offer a competitive monthly salary of ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 plus performance incentives that reward your hard work and dedication.

- Greet and engage customers professionally in a high-traffic retail environment
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to potential customers
- Drive sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Actively promote special offers, promotions, and new product launches
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with store management and team members to achieve sales goals
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or promotional work is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong sales orientation with proven ability to meet performance targets
- Ability to work standing for extended periods in a fast-paced retail environment
