Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product sampling and on-site demonstrations to drive consumer interest and trial.
- Actively promote brand awareness and increase product visibility within retail outlets.
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive product display to maximize shelf appeal.
- Engage with customers to answer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Record daily sales activities and report progress to the team lead.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with diverse customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and travel between outlet locations.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and highly motivated attitude.
- Valid Indonesian ID card (KTP) and reliable transportation for field work.
