- Execute strategic POP display setups and visual merchandising across multiple retail locations
- Drive product sales through direct customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment at assigned stores
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to inform sales strategies
- Maintain brand consistency and promotional standards across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with store managers to optimize product placement and visibility
- Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal retail activations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer segments
- Strong visual merchandising aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexibly across multiple store locations in Yogyakarta
