- Actively promote and demonstrate products to potential customers in retail outlets or designated promotional areas.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for assigned products.
- Engage customers, answer product inquiries, and provide compelling information to drive purchases.
- Maintain attractive and effective product displays and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and customers.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity summaries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, promotions, or customer service, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident in approaching and engaging customers.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
