Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales promotion or retail marketing management
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional campaigns in consumer goods
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Expertise in market analysis, sales forecasting, and budget management
