Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate product recommendations
- Effectively demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer understanding and drive sales
- Actively engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive shopping experience
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote a positive work environment
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Report customer feedback and market trends to management for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly learn about new offerings
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
