Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-store product demonstrations and promotional campaigns for tissue products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Ensure optimal product placement and visual merchandising standards
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team
- Achieve monthly sales targets and promotional KPIs
- Train retail staff on product features and promotional mechanics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or promotional roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Basic understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior
