- Actively promote and demonstrate company products to customers in a retail setting.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the product display area.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Promoter, Sales Assistant, or similar role in the retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
