In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales and creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers.
As a Sales Promotion Team member, you will play a crucial role in the retail environment by promoting our products, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring our brand image remains professional and appealing. Tanggung Jawab
- Represent the company brand and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to maximize sales conversion.
- Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and fully stocked according to the merchandising plan.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for restocking.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash register operations.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Previous experience as an SPG or in retail sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Willingness to be based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
