Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and home appliances? PT. Octa Utama, the exclusive distributor of Oxone home appliances in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Sales Promotor to join our growing team. We are looking for candidates who can effectively represent the Oxone brand in retail outlets across the Greater Jakarta area and drive customer engagement.
In this role, you will serve as the face of Oxone, ensuring our products are displayed attractively and communicating the unique benefits of our innovative home solutions to potential customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers in retail stores.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display of Oxone products on the sales floor.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding product features and benefits, and provide excellent customer service.
- Drive sales targets by actively promoting product promotions and special offers.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the store management team.
- Ensure stock availability and restock shelves as needed to meet customer demand.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) education is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Pleasant personality, approachable, and confident in dealing with the public.
- Willing to be assigned to various retail locations in Jakarta Raya.
- Basic computer literacy for recording sales data.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a strong advantage.
