Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote Hannochs Indonesia products to customers in retail stores
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to potential buyers
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance metrics
- Maintain product displays and ensure store presentation standards are met
- Collect customer feedback and report on market trends to the sales team
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new offerings
- Collaborate with store staff to create a positive shopping experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive abilities and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
