Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Kredivo's BNPL solutions to customers in retail stores and high-traffic areas
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits of digital payment options
- Assist customers with application processes and account setup
- Meet daily sales targets and performance KPIs
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and store management
- Gather customer feedback and market insights for product improvement
- Stay updated on Kredivo's promotions and product features
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in retail environments
- Must reside in DKI Jakarta with reliable transportation
- Proficiency with mobile applications and digital tools
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
