Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Kredivo's 'Buy Now, Pay Later' solution to customers in retail stores across DKI Jakarta
- Assist customers with the registration process and explain the benefits of using Kredivo
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by the management team
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and store staff
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to the sales supervisor
- Stay updated on Kredivo's products, promotions, and policies
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial products simply
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile applications
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-first mindset
