Tanggung Jawab

  • Promote Kredivo's 'Buy Now, Pay Later' solution to customers in retail stores across DKI Jakarta
  • Assist customers with the registration process and explain the benefits of using Kredivo
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by the management team
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and store staff
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
  • Report sales activities and customer feedback to the sales supervisor
  • Stay updated on Kredivo's products, promotions, and policies
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial products simply
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile applications
