- Promote Kredivo's BNPL services to customers in retail environments
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on payment benefits
- Assist customers in completing Kredivo application processes
- Build and maintain relationships with retail store partners
- Track and report sales activities and customer feedback
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay updated on Kredivo's product features and promotions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in retail settings
- Basic smartphone proficiency for customer demonstrations
- Strong understanding of customer needs and sales psychology
- Must be based in Jakarta Raya
