Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Kredivo's "Buy Now, Pay Later" services to customers in retail stores
- Educate customers about Kredivo's payment solutions and benefits
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs assigned for the Kalimantan Timur region
- Build relationships with store staff and management
- Conduct product demonstrations to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to the management team
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (retail experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer skills for reporting purposes
- Familiarity with digital payment systems is advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
