Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-store promotional activities according to company plans and schedules
- Engage customers to demonstrate products and drive sales conversions
- Monitor promotional displays and ensure proper product visibility
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence for product improvement
- Collaborate with retail staff to optimize promotional strategies
- Track and report sales performance against weekly/monthly targets
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials and product samples
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or promotional roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reporting tasks
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Valid driver's license (if field travel required)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
