Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell OPPO smartphones, accessories, and related products to achieve sales targets
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical knowledge to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty
- Manage store inventory, merchandising, and visual display standards
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping environment
- Report sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to store management
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new launches and features
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales/retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong sales acumen and ability to work toward performance goals
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Proactive, energetic personality with ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
