Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory management to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Execute direct sales strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue through persuasive communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product demonstrations and personalized consultations.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily or weekly sales reports to management.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing display of products in the showroom.
- Assist in coordinating with the logistics team for product handling and customer deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales, direct selling, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for managing sales data and preparing reports.
- Fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is required; basic English is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
