Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell products through direct customer engagement in retail settings
- Deliver comprehensive product education to customers highlighting features and benefits
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
- Maintain organized product displays and ensure promotional materials are properly positioned
- Provide real-time sales feedback and customer insights to the management team
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate product value clearly
- Strong interpersonal skills and approachable personality
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and inventory tracking
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid residency permit for working in Indonesia
