Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and demonstrate products effectively in retail outlets to maximize sales
- Build strong relationships with store staff and management
- Execute merchandising strategies to ensure optimal product placement
- Conduct product knowledge training for store personnel
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Track sales performance and report daily/weekly metrics
- Maintain product displays and inventory levels
- Implement promotional campaigns according to company guidelines
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, promotion, or retail preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of consumer electronics or FMCG products
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
