In this role, you will be the face of our brand at retail outlets. You will be responsible for executing promotional activities designed to drive sales and enhance brand awareness. Your primary goal is to ensure that every interaction with a customer contributes to our sales targets and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily promotional activities and product demonstrations at designated retail locations.
- Engage with customers to provide product information and answer inquiries.
- Ensure proper product display and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor product stock levels and coordinate with store managers for replenishment.
- Collect and report customer feedback and competitor pricing information.
- Adhere to company policies, brand guidelines, and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to achieve quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any field.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods during working hours.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or tablets.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
