Tanggung Jawab
- Activate Telkomsel Halo prepaid cards and onboard new customers
- Educate customers on Telkomsel's mobile services and product features
- Drive in-store sales through product demonstrations and upselling
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service complaints professionally
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on Telkomsel promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Ensure store presentation standards are consistently maintained
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Valid Batam residency permit
