Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct market research to identify potential property buyers and investors in the Wonosobo area.
  • Present and demonstrate property listings to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate prices and terms to secure property sales agreements.
  • Manage client relationships from the initial inquiry through to the closing of the deal and after-sales service.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and construction to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
  • Previous experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Valid driving license (SIM A) is required as field visits are part of the role.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and possesses a strong desire to succeed.
