Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm, professional, and empathetic welcome.
- Manage front-desk operations, including answering incoming calls, handling inquiries, and directing visitors to appropriate staff.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area and office common spaces.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries regarding services with accuracy, patience, and high-level professionalism.
- Perform daily clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and office inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma holder or equivalent.
- Fluency in Mandarin and Malay/English is essential to communicate effectively with our diverse client base.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.).
- A professional appearance and a calm, approachable demeanor.
