- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Generate new business leads and expand the company's client base through proactive outreach and networking.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma holder.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and external course sponsorship programs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
