Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize inventory replenishment cycles for designated retail outlets in Bogor area
- Monitor stock levels and sales performance to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure timely product delivery and merchandising compliance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust replenishment strategies
- Implement promotional plans and new product launches at retail locations
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability, shelf conditions, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with sales team to develop territory-specific replenishment plans
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales operations, supply chain, or FMCG distribution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail operations software
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with distributors and retailers
- Understanding of Indonesian retail landscape and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for store visits
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
