Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed monthly targets in the Malang region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and distributors
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for retail staff
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analysis
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns
- Ensure optimal product display and merchandising in retail outlets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in consumer goods/retail industry
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Familiarity with Malang's retail landscape preferred
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and MS Office
- Valid driver's license with willingness for field visits
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
