Tanggung Jawab
- Visit and build relationships with building material stores in assigned territories
- Promote and sell company's construction materials to store owners and managers
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases
- Negotiate pricing terms and close sales deals
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely deliveries
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales or retail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Knowledge of construction materials and building industry
- Ability to work independently and manage territory
- Proficient in basic sales reporting tools
- Goal-oriented with proven track record
