Tanggung Jawab
- Regularly visit, inspect, and maintain product displays in retail stores to ensure optimal visibility and presentation
- Conduct sales calls to retail stores and educational institutions to promote Indofood products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with distribution to ensure product availability
- Collect market feedback and competitor information to inform sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective planning and execution
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity documentation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail, preferably in FMCG sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
