Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate favorable terms
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM systems to track progress
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or retail distribution
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for client visits
- Knowledge of Jawa Tengah regional market preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business preferred
