Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive market research and client outreach
- Present product solutions and close sales agreements to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to management
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate client documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or consumer products (1+ years preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency a plus
