Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and communicate stock shortages to the management team promptly.
- Assist in store operations, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping the area tidy.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while on duty.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail management software.
