As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating the value of our properties. We are looking for individuals who excel in relationship building and possess a keen eye for identifying potential leads. You will provide expert consultation to clients, guide them through the negotiation process, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to closing. Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute effective sales strategies to market and sell residential housing units and consumer products.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building strong relationships with prospective buyers.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide professional consultation to clients regarding property features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including scheduling site visits and conducting property viewings.
  • Facilitate negotiations with clients and internal stakeholders to reach favorable agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, real estate, or retail is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
  • Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
