Tanggung Jawab
- Actively seek out new customers and develop business opportunities
- Present and sell company products/services to current and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (1-2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English
