Tanggung Jawab

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional management.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the Yogyakarta region to expand the dealer network.
  • Monitor stock levels closely and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training support to dealer staff to enhance their selling skills.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance against KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
