Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets in designated territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and distributors
- Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
- Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to potential clients
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales approaches
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or consumer products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
