Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new product lines and drives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products to increase revenue.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/SPM-V or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is an advantage (fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
