Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the aesthetic medicine industry? AIM MEDTEC SDN BHD is looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Kuala Lumpur. We specialize in cutting-edge aesthetic medical devices and premium consumables, and we are looking for a talent who can bridge the gap between our innovative technology and the aesthetic clinics that rely on them.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for managing key client relationships, demonstrating technical device proficiency, and driving market growth across the KL region. If you possess a blend of clinical sales expertise and the ability to influence high-level decision-makers, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, and medical spas in Kuala Lumpur.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical professionals on our range of aesthetic devices and consumables.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including clinic owners, doctors, and nursing staff.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both equipment and consumable portfolios.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and presentation to closing and post-sales support.
- Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven track record in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or beauty industry account management.
- Strong understanding of aesthetic medical procedures and the local KL clinic landscape.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Self-motivated professional with a valid driver’s license and own transport for client visits.
- Ability to translate technical device specifications into clear benefits for medical practitioners.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to converse in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage.
